This car was a California car and red Ladner remember judging this in the 50's.It was toured extensively by Lundell and his partner. It was sold to a fellow in the 80's and it lived in Reno until 2000. We acquired it from Dick Rash and since then we have toured it and refreshed it installed a top (previously missing) redid the upholstery installed correct sized wheels (they were using 23" model t ford wheels that were way too small) we bought a car that had these Hayes wires on it and fitted them to the Firestone. It made the car grow up again! It does a comfortable 40-45 mph with a top speed of 53 mph. It's a Northway 26 hp engine with a great 3 speed shift it just loves the hills left and drive with a dropped center frame. The rear end has inboard mounted shocks that look like inboard disc brakes. A really advanced car for the first year of production.
